FBC Manby Bowdler LLP is a prominent legal practice with a reputation for being approachable, accessible and at all times professional. Operating from three locations in the Shropshire area, we are committed to exceeding client expectations and offer a pro-active, responsive approach to all legal matters.
Advice is offered in relation to Corporate and Company Commercial matters; all aspects of Commercial Property including Town & Country Planning; the full remit of Commercial Litigation and Debt Recovery, as well as all elements of Employment Law. For the individual at home we offer advice relating to all Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning matters; HIPs and Residential Conveyancing; Personal Injury; and all issues concerning Divorce and Family welfare.
Charlotte Pugh has experience in various aspects of employment law, including advising companies on employment related matters, particularly contracts of employment, company policies, employee handbooks, grievance, capability and disciplinary procedures, dismissals and redundancies. Charlotte also has experience of advising and acting for both claimants and respondents in Employment Tribunal proceedings. Charlotte is primarily based in our Shrewsbury office but regularly sees clients in our Telford office.
